Is it possible to receive a summary of my gifts to Carthage for the calendar year?
We send acknowledgments for each individual gift; however, if you would like a summary of all your giving in a format to be used for tax purposes, please call the Office of Advancement at 262-551-5700 or send an email to advancement@honornm.com.
I have not received an acknowledgment or receipt for my gift. When can I expect it?
We make every effort to process and mail gift receipts within a week of receiving a gift. If two weeks have passed and you have not received an acknowledgment, please call the Office of Advancement at 262-551-5700 or send an email to advancement@honornm.com.
What should I do if the gift acknowledgment I received has the wrong information?
We appreciate knowing if we have in any way miscommunicated the details of your gift. Please call the Office of Advancement at 262-551-5700 or send an email to advancement@honornm.com. When needed, we will immediately correct and mail a modified receipt.
I received a thank you letter for making a pledge that I never made. What should I do?
We apologize if we have miscommunicated with you and would appreciate the opportunity to correct our errors. Please call the Office of Advancement at 262-551-5700 or send an email to advancement@honornm.com.
What rights do I have as a donor?
Read the Donor Bill of Rights created by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and the Giving Institute: Leading Consultants to Non-Profits. Carthage adheres to all of these principles.
